HomeLinc Vet offers at-home euthanasia appointments for dogs and cats in Scunthorpe and nearby communities. Your pet can remain somewhere they feel safe, with their family close and no unfamiliar waiting room or rushed appointment.

Care is provided by Dr Mallory Taylor MRCVS, an experienced veterinary surgeon. Gentle sedation is included with every visit to help your pet become deeply relaxed before they pass away.

This form requests a conversation rather than confirming a booking. I will contact you to discuss your circumstances, availability and the total price before an appointment is arranged.

Care shaped around your pet

Every pet and every family is different. When I arrive, we will talk about your pet’s health, your wishes and any worries you may have.

I will explain each stage before administering sedation. You can comfort your pet as they gradually become sleepy and peacefully unaware. The final medication is only given once they are fully relaxed.

The visit takes place at your family’s pace, with time to pause, ask questions and say goodbye privately.

Choosing what happens afterwards

Some families choose home burial where this is suitable and legally permitted, while others make their own arrangements with a crematorium.

I can also personally transport your pet to Southern Sky Pet Crematorium. Their team can help you choose between individual and communal cremation and discuss the available options for ashes and keepsakes.
