HomeLinc Vet provides compassionate home euthanasia visits in Louth and surrounding rural communities. Appointments are carried out by Dr Mallory Taylor MRCVS and include gentle sedation as standard.

There is no busy waiting room and no pressure to fit your goodbye into a short appointment. The time is yours.

What will happen during the appointment?

We will begin by talking through your pet’s condition and any concerns you have. I will explain everything clearly so that you know what to expect before making a final decision.

Your pet will receive sedation and gradually become calm, comfortable and deeply asleep. You can sit with them and offer reassurance throughout. Once they are fully relaxed and unaware, I will administer the final medication.

The visit is guided by your pet’s needs, with time for your family to pause and say goodbye without feeling hurried.

Support with cremation and aftercare

You are welcome to make your own arrangements after the visit, including home burial where appropriate and legally permitted.

If you would prefer me to help, I can personally transport your pet to Southern Sky Pet Crematorium. Their caring team can discuss individual or communal cremation, ashes and keepsake choices directly with you.

Travel outside my standard 15-mile area is charged at £2 per mile for each mile beyond 15 miles from Saxilby, calculated using the one-way journey. You will receive a clear total price before deciding whether to book.
